Member Service Representative (MSR)
TruEnergy Federal Credit Union, a $133+ million-dollar Credit Union located in Springfield, Virginia, is looking for experienced Member Service Representative. This position serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provides account information by phone, electronically, or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Provides a variety of transaction services to members including loan interviewing and processing. Conducts cash transactions, opens accounts for members, interviews, and professionally handles the member’s daily needs. This position requires the chosen applicant to possess strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and the ability to represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum one (1) to three (3) years financial institution experience.
Previous teller, member service, or loan processing experience preferred.
PC proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: CRT, PC, fax, copier, telephone, postage machine, etc.
Bilingual speaking preferred.
