Popmoney® is an easy, fast and secure online person-to-person payment service that allows you to send, request and receive money securely and electronically. This is available inside Online Banking within Bill Pay.

Popmoney is the easiest way to send money to family, friends or anyone you know! All you need is their email address or mobile phone number to move money from your TruEnergy FCU checking account to their account at any financial institution. You can send and receive money to and from those you know or those you owe, without sharing private account information.

  • No need to write a check or make a trip to the ATM
  • Send and receive money as easily as you send and receive email and text messages
  • Payment is direct from your account to theirs in as little as one business day
  • You can even add a personal greeting, like “Happy Birthday!” or “Thanks for baby sitting this weekend”

Start using Popmoney now

Login to your Online Banking.  Select the Bill Payment tab. Within Bill Pay select the Popmoney tab. If for some reason you do not see the Popmoney tab right away, click on the “What else can I do?” link at the bottom of the page.

*You must be enrolled in Home Banking and Bill Pay with TruEnergy FCU to utilize Popmoney.  Delivery time of funds vary.  Funds should be delivered within 1 business day not to exceed 3 business days.  Fees are applicable to send and receive funds.  Available limits apply.  Fees are subject to change without notice.  Open requests will display the maximum fee until the request is paid.
