Online Banking Conversion

Our New Online Banking System is here!

We’re excited to announce that our new and improved Online and Mobile Banking platform is officially here! Whether you’ve been using the service for years, or are just getting started today, all members need to register in the new platform. You can register through Online Banking on

When will the conversion take place?

The new Online Banking system will be available on Thursday, April 21 at 9amIn mid April, we will send an email to all of our members regarding the conversion date and times, as well as expected outage windows. To help us serve you better, please make sure we have your correct email address and phone number.

How you will log in to the new system:​

Only the password will change. Your User ID will remain the same. Your temporary password will be the last SIX digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number. Once in the system, you will be prompted to accept our Terms and Conditions, set up your security questions, and change your password.

You will also need to choose your multi-factor authentication security questions and answers. All five are required. Then, you will set up your phone for identity verification. Once you receive the call or text with the verification code, input that into the system, and the process will be complete.
