In April, We Will Be Launching A New Online Banking System!
Online banking will soon be even easier—enjoy a sleek new interface, user-friendly controls and enhanced security features.
We understand you may have some questions as you navigate the changes, so we’ve created a FAQ page for you to refer to when questions come up.
Here are some of the most important things for you to know at this time:

When will the conversion take place?
The new Online Banking system will be available on Thursday, April 21. In January, we will send an email to all of our members regarding the conversion date and times, as well as expected outage windows. To help us serve you better, please make sure we have your correct email address.
How you will log in to the new system:
Only the password will change. Your User ID will remain the same. Your temporary password will be the last SIX digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number. Once in the system, you will be prompted to accept our Terms and Conditions, set up your security questions, and change your password.
You will also need to choose your multi-factor authentication security questions and answers. All five are required. Then, you will set up your phone for identity verification. Once you receive the call or text with the verification code, input that into the system, and the process will be complete.
