What Happens When an Account Goes to Collections?

If your loan becomes delinquent, our Collections team will work with you to help bring your account up to date. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Payment Notices: We will notify you about any missed payments.
  • Customized Repayment Plans: Our Collections team will help you create a plan to catch up on missed payments in a way that fits your financial situation.
  • Credit Impact: Please note that delinquent accounts may be reported to credit bureaus, which could affect your credit score.
